These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website https://corgicrew.co.za/ (the “Website”) and any related services offered by TANYDD trading as Corgi Crew (“we”, “us”, “our”), a KUSA-registered breeder (KUSA No. 1028906) based in Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa.
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

1. Our Services

We are a small-scale, ethical breeder of Pembroke Welsh Corgis, producing maybe 2–3 limited litters per year. Services include providing information about our breeding program, available puppies, reservation processes, viewings, and puppy sales. Puppies are home-raised, socialized, vet-checked, inoculated, dewormed, microchipped, and registered/transferred in line with KUSA standards and our Code of Ethics obligations.

  • - Pricing: Quoted individually upon inquiry/reservation (prices exclude transport unless arranged).
  • - Payment: EFT/bank transfer (details provided on reservation confirmation).
  • - Delivery/transfer: Puppies available from 8 weeks; collection preferred; courier/transport at buyer's cost and risk.
  • - Returns/refunds: Limited (see Section 6).
  • - Dispute resolution: We subscribe to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud (CGSO) – https://www.cgso.org.za/.
  • - Security/privacy: See our separate Privacy Policy.

3. Reservations & Purchases

Reservations require completing our prospective owner questionnaire. A non-refundable deposit secures your choice (applied to purchase price). Full payment is due before collection/transfer. Puppy sales are governed by a separate, signed Puppy Sale Agreement provided on request, including KUSA transfer details, and any endorsements/restrictions per KUSA rules.

4. Health & Guarantees

We provide all required vaccinations, microchip, and KUSA paperwork. No additional warranties beyond those required by CPA Section 55/56.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law (including CPA Section 61), we exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages. Direct liability is limited to the purchase price paid.

6. User Conduct & Intellectual Property

Do not misuse the Website (e.g., no unlawful use, no scraping). All content is our property (Copyright Act 98 of 1978); no reproduction without permission.

7. Changes & Governing Law

We may update these Terms (continued use = acceptance). Governed by South African law. Disputes in the Magistrate’s Court, Cullinan.
